Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact enquiries@aims.org.uk immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can deal with this issue quickly.

You have the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation if items purchased from us are faulty or misdescribed. You are also entitled to a refund if you decide to cancel an online order within 14 days of the goods being delivered. We will refund the full cost of the item(s) purchased from us provided:

You inform us by email to enquiries@aims.org.uk within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel the order.
You return the goods to us within 14 days of the date that you informed us of your wish to cancel.

You will need to return the goods and you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will reimburse you once we have received the goods back in good condition.
